Warm drinks for cool days – Winter Specials 2019
30. September 2019
Soon the first snow falls again, the Christmas markets open their doors and cold, sunny days invite to long winter walks or a delicious wintercoffee. A cup of hot coffee or cocoa is a real treat, especially in the cool season after an excursion into the cold or simply to wake up in the morning.
Some of you may remember that in one of our last blog posts we talked about coffee in the changing seasons. If you’ve been following our Instagram account (coffeebike_offcial) closely over the last few days, you’ve probably realized by now that it’s time for the Coffee-Bike Winter Specials 2019! May we introduce? The Winter Spiced Latte and the Cinnamon Macchiato.
Wintercoffee – strong espresso meets warming winter spices
Of course, we at Coffee-Bike are also preparing for the winter. A few weeks ago, we sat down together, combined different ingredients, tried and discarded recipes, and finally came up with the perfect preparation for this year’s Winter Specials.
Both the spicy-sweet Winter Spiced Latte and the warming Cinnamon Macchiato offer the perfect combination of strong espresso and winter spices. The Winter Spiced Latte consists of an espresso paired with soft milk foam made from delicious organic milk and refined by the spicy aromas of Chai and Amaretto. The winter drink is crowned by a topping of sweet Tripple Chocolate Crispies. For those of you who like it less sugary, we offer the warming Cinnamon Macchiato, an alternative that invites you to enjoy it. In addition to a winter cinnamon note, this coffee variation is also visually appealing with a topping of golden cocoa dust. The Gold Dust gives the Cinnamon Macchiato the perfect winter shine. These are good prospects for the cold season.
If you want to try one of our (or both 😉) Winter Specials, you should go directly to one of the participating Coffee-Bikes. You can find out where to find the next bike in the Coffee Bike App – available for free at the Apple App Store and Google Play.
