Rudi Eder turned his passion into a profession in 2018 and is now a Coffee-Bike franchise partner with his own mobile coffee bar at Dingolfing's weekly market. As the "Cappuccino King", he not only prepares delicious coffee specialities at his permanent sales location, but also offers coffee catering at various events.
