Coffee dehydrates the body

With three to four cups of coffee a day, you don’t need to worry about your health.
Coffee is addictive

The dose doesn’t have to be increased as in the case of an addiction in order to satisfy the craving. Likewise, no serious physical or psychological consequences occur with withdrawal. It’s important to remember that every body needs a different amount of caffeine to wake up. The more coffee someone is used to, the more caffeine is needed to wake up. Therefore, it’s not possible to generalize that coffee impairs falling asleep. Caffeine does have a stimulating effect, but depending on the individual it can be strong or weak.
