Coffee-Bike Christmas Bakery: Chocolate Espresso Biscuits

Biscuits belong to the Christmas season, as do the tree, the Christmas decorations and the gifts for the children. The combination of traditional chocolate biscuits with a touch of espresso is simply unbeatable! 🙂 When the sugar caramelises in the oven and all the ingredients fuse with the Caferino Espresso, the result is a unique coffee flavour that fits in perfectly with Christmas baking. Our biscuits don’t just look good, they taste great!

For our Chocolate Espresso Biscuits you need:

  • 200g soft butter
  • 80g icing sugar
  • 1 sachet vanilla sugar
  • 150g flour
  • 70g starch flour
  • 20g cocoa powder
  • 50ml Caferino Espresso
  • A piping bag or cut-out moulds

Biscuits with finest Caferino Espresso

For the perfect Chocolate Espresso Biscuits, butter, vanilla sugar and icing sugar are first mixed in a bowl and beaten until foamy. Then flour, cocoa powder and cornflour are added. At the end, our Caferino Espresso is added and the finished dough can either be portoned with a piping bag or cut out with moulds. The cookies are baked at 200 degrees for about 12 minutes until they are golden brown. Of course a decoration with chocolate should not be missing!
